How can my loved ones receive the money?
Cash Pick-up
The receiver will need to show the transfer code and an official ID at the pick-up location. The transfer code will be displayed in the transaction receipt. A text message (SMS) with the transfer code will only be sent to those with a mobile number indicated in the receiver profile.
Direct Deposit
Enter the receiver’s bank account information and the funds will be directly deposited into the receiver’s account.
What if I can’t find the transfer code?
Log in to the Cebuana Lhuillier Quikz app and select ‘Transfers’ in the menu.
Click on the desired type of transfer to view the Transfer Code located at the upper right side of the screen.
