These money transmission services are being provided exclusively by Pangea USA, LLC, which is a money transmitter licensed and registered under applicable state and federal laws. Cebuana Lhuillier does not offer money transmission or banking services in the United States.
Promotional Codes: Pangea may, at the discretion of Pangea and Cebuana Lhuillier, create promotional codes that may be redeemed for account credit or other features or benefits related to a Third Party Provider’s services, subject to terms that Pangea establishes on a per promotional code basis (“Promo Codes“). You agree that Promo Codes:
- Must be used for the intended audience and purpose, and in a lawful manner;
- May not be duplicated, sold or transferred in any manner, or made available to the general public, unless expressly permitted by Pangea;
- May be disabled by Pangea at any time for any reason without liability to Pangea;
- May only be used pursuant to the specific terms that Pangea establishes for such Promo Code; (e) are not valid for cash; and
- May expire prior to your use. Pangea reserves the right to withhold or deduct credits or other features or benefits obtained through the use of Promo Codes by you or any other user in the event that Pangea determines or believes that the use or redemption of the Promo Code was in error, fraudulent, illegal, or in violation of the applicable Promo Code terms or these Terms. Promo Codes are valid only for users that live in a State in which Pangea operates as an additional bonus to a Transaction funded by such user for a minimum of $20 or as specified.
Personal Invite Code aka Personal Promo Code You can earn bonuses by inviting friends and family to download and make a first transfer using your personal invite code. After creating your Cebuana Quikz account, you will receive a personal invite code. If you share that code with friends and family, they can receive $30 off their transfer of at least $20 or equivalent (excluding fees). If the total transfer is at least $20 or more (excluding fees), you’ll get a $30 bonus after their transfer has successfully completed. You can use your bonus on a future transfer of at least $20 or more (excluding fees). Everyone gets more.
Your personal invite code may only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Feel free to share your invite code with your friends and family via email, SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook pages, personal blogs, etc. where you are the primary content owner. However you cannot distribute your invite code on sites where you are a contributor but not the primary content owner (e.g., Wikipedia, coupon websites, app stores and app review websites) and you cannot promote your invite code via Search Engine Marketing (e.g., AdWords/Yahoo/Bing). You cannot invite (i) yourself, (ii) anyone who uses the same credit card as you do, or (iii) someone who uses the same mobile device as you do.
Personal invite codes cannot be redeemed for a first transfer where the receiver has already received 3 transfers or more on the Pangea platform.
Bonuses earned by inviting friends and family expire 120 days from the date they are earned. Bonuses will be applied to transfers in USD currency and may not be combined with another coupon or discount. Other restrictions may apply.
If you break any of the rules applicable to personal invite codes, promo codes, or bonuses, Pangea may remove credits from the account holder, and/or cancel a promo code or bonus, and/or suspend your account without notice.
